Although much has changed since then, we remain true to our name - our team is friendly, warm and waiting to greet you.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Hotel Amigo is seeking a Banqueting Supervisor.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.<br><br>As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Supervise and coordinate banquets, receptions and other events.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Assign tasks and gives instructions regarding service, menu, beverages, etc.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Supervise the setup of the room, tables and service equipment.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Check orderliness and cleanliness in the room and the presentation of staff.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Oversee the team's workflow, ensuring good cooperating across departments</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Support team members to ensure that five-star service standards are maintained at all times</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Deliver discreet, understated, tailored and timely service whilst sharing your knowledge and best practice with the team</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Remain focused on delivering excellence and seeking feedback from guests</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products and actively seek opportunities to promote them</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Monitor stock of beverages and meals</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests.
