Then we’d love to invite you to join us as Housekeeping Supervisor at the Hotel Amigo, a Rocco Forte Hotels.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.<br><br>As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Assists in organizing work activities and provides work instructions</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensures the daily execution of cleaning activities based on checklists</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Inspects cleaned guest rooms, sanitary facilities, and public areas</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Provides work instructions and supervises staff</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Oversees room set-ups, furniture arrangements, and other equipment.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensures compliance with internal rules of conduct and professional standards</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Oversees laundry lists and linen inventory.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensures adequate stock levels of linen and guest amenities; prepares all materials and linen required for cleaning operations.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Reports malfunctions or defects to the technical department and follows up on repairs.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Handles guest complaints, resolves issues, provides information, and ensures required services</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensures communication between the Executive Housekeeper and the cleaning staff; coordinates urgent cleaning requests.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Participates in operational tasks when required, including cleaning rooms and sanitary areas, maintaining public spaces, setting up rooms, and moving furniture.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests.
