Hotel Amigo is looking for a bartender:</span><br></p><h5>Your key responsibilities<br></h5><p>Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.<br><br>As a valued part of the Forte family, you will: </p><ul><li><p><span>Prepare the bar for the service by checking stock levels, replenishing refrigerators with beverages, and preparing all necessary equipment and supplies</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Prepare and place beverage and supply orders as required</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Deliver discreet, understated and timely service, going that extra mile</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Provide guests with information and recommendations regarding the menu </span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Maintain a relaxed, welcoming, and enjoyable atmosphere within the bar</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Prepare guest bills, process payments, and ensure the accuracy of cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Maintain cleanliness, order, and high standards of hygiene throughout the bar</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Tailor your approach so that high quality results are achieved</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Take ownership of performing the job well in line with the departmental standards</p></li></ul><p></p><h5>Who we are looking for</h5><p>We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests.
