Associate Director of Sales Corporate – Account Management

On their behalf and, working exclusively with them, we are looking for an Associate Director of Sales to be based in the West End of Central London. This is an ideal role for an extremely well presented individual who is keen to progress in the luxury market and is ready for the next step. They will report to the Area Director of Sales and Marketing and also manage a team of 4 Sales Manager.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be a Senior Sales Manager, with at least five years sales experience for a luxury hotel or an Assistant Director of Sales who would like to move into 5* Hotels. Good knowledge of the London market, corporate sales, key account management, consortia and VCR contracting and RFP’s is essential. Delphi experience would be a plus.
We are seeking a dynamic, strong, team leader to manage the sales team in order to exceed the budgeted revenue and market share goals of the hotel. The role is on a Department Head level therefore the right candidate must be able to lead and supervise a team. The candidate needs to act as a coach, mentor and will need to manage the team with revenue driven approach.
